We are seeking a full-time Loan Manager/Jr. Processor.

Responsibilities
The Loan Manager/Jr. Processor is responsible for guiding borrowers throughout the entire loan process from contract until close. Their primary role is to function as a liaison between the borrower and our team (processors/underwriters/closing). The number one goal is to create the best experience for every client we serve. Extensive training will be provided. You will be working hand in hand with one of the top Mortgage Professionals in the nation, learning every part of the mortgage process.

The minimum commitment for this position is 6-12 months. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Initial file set up which includes reviewing documentation with the Senior Processor
• Work with borrowers to explain and collect loan conditions
• Manage your pipeline and the various deadlines and tasks involved in closing each loan
• Communicate loan milestones to borrowers and agents
• Provide weekly updates to borrowers
• Positive problem-solver with an ability to multitask
• College-level education preferred but not required
  
• Excellent email organization skills required
